ABA Recruitment are seeking an experienced Behaviour specialist, preferably with a BCBA/BCaBA, for a nannny / governess live-out role in Singapore. – working with a 5-year-old boy who has a diagnosis of ADHD. The family need require someone to work after school, Monday-Friday 3pm-8pm and on Saturdays 12pm-8pm (33 hours per week). An experienced BCBA is overseeing the program.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide tutoring and Implement the behaviour support program as set out by the BCBA.
• Creating a structured environment – maintain a disciplined environment by setting boundaries, enforcing rules, and encouraging positive behavior.
• Organizing activities
• Supporting social development
• Communicating with parents
• Working with other staff – Including the BCBA Consultant ensuring a cohesive approach.
• Arrange and conduct extra-curricular activities and learning in the natural environment.
• Travel with the family on vacation (occasionally)

Compensation and Benefits Package:

• Excellent Salary $90K-$100K USD Per annum (negotiable and based on experience)
