ABA Recruitment are searching for a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to work for an ABA children’s center in the Cayman Islands. The center specialises in providing comprehensive programs that enhance independence to children with a range of learning needs, including autism, ADHD and developmental delay.

Job Requirements:

• Certification: BCBA
• Qualification – Master’s degree, PsyD, or PhD in relevant discipline
• Experience: Have at least 3 years’ experience providing staff direction and development in a supervisory role and working directly with children with autism or developmental delay.
• Minimum contract –5 years

Experience and Job Role Requirements

• BCBA with expertise in implementing ABA programs for children and adolescents with the ability to see the big picture and program appropriately, train direct care staff to implement the programs.
• Conducting evaluations and constructing individualised programs accordingly.
• Ability to train upcoming therapists and supervisors, shaping their behaviours and increasing their skills.
• Effective communicator both written and verbally with management, parents, and therapists.
