ABA Recruitment are seeking an experienced ABA therapist for a full-time position working with a 11-year-old girl with autism in Cairo, Egypt.

The family are looking for an experienced, patient and kind BCBA to design and implement an ABA program for her as well as act as a shadow in the school setting. In addition, they are looking for a therapist with the capabilities of encouraging independence in the child.

Whilst independence is the main target, basic academics are also a priority with work required on numbers and letters, her reading is still at a basic level with only small words. Social interaction teaching is also needed. The child attends a mainstream school with extra provision for special needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement the behaviour support program.
• Collect data and communicate with the family and school.
• Oversee day-to-day management of learners’ programs.

Compensation and Benefits Package:

• $8k USD per month (negotiable and based on experience)
• Accommodation provided (separate to family home)
• 30 days paid holiday
