ABA Recruitment are searching for a BCBA, to work with a 13-year-old boy with a diagnosis of autism in Bahrain. This is a full-time role Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. The child is non-verbal and has had an ABA program since 3yo.

This role will ideally commence sometime in September 2026 but applicants with different start date availability are still encouraged to apply.

Applicants are required to have a minimum of 3 years ‘in field’ experience and the family have a strong preference for a male therapist. The role will have a strong focus on speech and language instruction. Fluency in English is essential.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set and Implement Program Targets
• Organise and maintain the teaching environment, and instructional activities
• Review and provide feedback on progress

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE

• $7,160 USD (2,700 Bahrain Dinar) per month tax-free (negotiable and dependant on experience)
